We encourage Seniors to participate in social gatherings, fitness groups, and educational classes. Each of these activities is designed to strengthen their social skills, keep their balance, and exercise their brain, which studies show helps reduce the risk of falls, loneliness, and depression.

Senior Assistance

At the Dream Center, we offer diapers, bed pads, and hygiene products through our diaper's assistance program, and groceries through our food pantry, Manna for Life as well as weekly activities to keep the elderly population healthy.
